Return & Exchange Policy

  • You can return/exchange any product that you’re not happy with in 24 hours from the time of delivery apart from those that fall under our no-return policy.
  • Shipping charges will be paid by the customer for collection & refund
  • Customer requested to check for any product faulty or damage before receiving the order from the delivery man
  • No return request will be accepted for damage or faulty after receiving the order
  • Customer can report return/exchange request through email: support@bohcafashion.com or Social media channels.
  • For products that you return to us, you can either get Bohca voucher with the same amount to use in your next order or cash refund.
